3) Rates and cost disclosures
Rates, APR, monthly payments, and closing cost examples may change without notice based on market conditions and borrower profile. Final terms are only established in formal disclosure and lock documentation.
4) Communication consent
By submitting your contact details, you authorize reasonable communication related to your inquiry and loan process through phone, email, and—if opted in—SMS according to the SMS Consent policy.
